
From District 168: This is a reminder that after we held various programs to honor our Veterans at our schools on Friday, there will be no school on Monday, November 11, 2024, in honor of Veteran's Day. We thank all Veterans for their service. School will resume on Tuesday.

From District 168: our four schools are experiencing the same power issues the whole community is at this time. We are continuing our regular instructional day and meals and expect regular dismissal time today. If anything changes we will let you know.

CJHS student council is holding a food drive to help the Crosswalk food pantry. We've changed our food drive donation days! We are ending the food drive a little earlier this year to ensure we can get the food to Crosswalk in time for their giveaway. Please consider donating to such a great cause!

Olympic Day at Central School!

Mr. Hopkins would like to invite local Veterans to be a part of our Veteran's Day commemoration at Central Junior High School on Friday , November 8, 2024. Coffee and doughnuts will be available at 7:30-8:15 am. From 8:15-9:15 am we will do a Q & A or discussion with students in classrooms, and finally at 9:30 we will do a ceremony honoring our Veterans in the gym. We hope to see you in attendance and as always thank you for your service.

The November 21 away game at Hamilton County will be a Pink Out game with our CJHS Lady Redbirds. Our HS football playoff game will be at St. Joseph-Ogden High School. 2pm start time. Tickets will be at the gate only. 6 dollars per person.
Our girls Cross Country team will run at Benton for sectionals at 9am on Saturday as well.
